We see a donkey-drawn cart carrying women from one place to another. Such carts were an important means of transportation at that time before the invention of the automobile.
The shot appears to be well-organized, as the photographer came with the cart, its owner, and a group of passengers to take a souvenir photo documenting one of the most important means of transportation at that time, one we never saw with our own eyes.
